Is “comfort dressing” a thing? You know, like “comfort eating” — something that will make you feel better no matter what. If so, then it is the perfect term to describe the autumnal quarantine looks I’ve been wearing. Amongst all of the current world maddness, the joy that I found in wearing sweatpants every day is something I have never dreamed of. I could not imagine posting this three months ago, but here we are — a whole bunch of fashion looks involving sweats.

Below is a gallery of the looks with a full description of the outings I’ve been on during the last month of social isolationю

On my walk to get bread

I wore a Topshop coat, an old turtleneck, Nike sweatpants, Zara boots, a Prada bag and Poppy Lissiman sunglasses.

On my way to the Russian shop to get dumplings

I wore a Uniqlo top, an old op-shop find skirt, Zara boots, Prada bag and Poppy Lissiman sunglasses.

On my way to Officeworks

I wore a Zara coat, a Uniqlo tshirt, Camilla & Marc jeans, Lacoste sneakers and my Prada bag.

On a walk to get wine

I wore a Topshop trench coat, Shein hoodie and sweatpants, Adidas sneakers and my Prada bag.

Out for exercise in Docklands

I wore ASOS blazer, a Sportsgirl singlet, Gymshark shorts and my Brie Leon bag.

At home

I wore a Zara bodysuit, Nike sweatpants, Mejuri earnings. This is definitely my current go to look.

I’ve been loving ”comfort dressings” - it a small thing that has made me feel better during all of this madness. What does your idea of “comfort dressing” look like? Do you prefer to dress up or down to make yourself feel better?

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend.

Xx
